Now that Ethereum has merged, (and boasts of scalability and sustainability are buzzing around major stories released by leading blockchain software companies like @ConsenSys,) we tend to ponder how “smaller businesses and entrepreneurs” can get in the Web3 door.
With the power of Web3, both technical and nontechnical entrepreneurs can enrich the community with their backgrounds, and build rich opportunities for everyone.

The Raise of ENS Domains
The Web3 Twitter community, affectionately referred to as “Crypto Twitter (CT)” has been the playing field for many of the organizers and operators that curate Web3 content for the technical, and nontechnical alike. In this subculture, there is another merge happening.
From around the globe, crypto users are registering their Web3 domains through the Ethereum Naming Service (ENS), and with that comes a wide variety of skill sets surging into the CT community.
Gembox.eth Paves the Ways as a Community Incubator
During an interview with Web3 advisor and Twitter Spaces Host of “Historical Wednesday,” @n0vaxNFT took the time to answer some questions about his thoughts on the “social capital” that he finds crucial for this “transcendence into Web3.”
In a few words, “n0vax does what he wants!” In the past two years, he has worked full-time in DeFi to preserve freedom of expression with decentralization. To be frank, do not censor @n0vaxNFT because he will “not comply.” Reaching out to this entrepreneur might sound a little unconventional, so do not expect to find him on a centralized site like LinkedIn.com.
He has been organically building on the ENS domain “gembox.eth” which is a collaborative brand that he refers to it as an “incubator for the community to network.” This includes developers, artists, and any opportunity for multimedia collaboration. @n0vaxNFT uses this incubator as a form of “social layering” because it is the friendships and community that Web3 so desperately needs.
“At its founding, gembox.eth was a group of my web3 artist friends.”
Successful projects like “Babelverse” (https://dogeparty.xchain.io/search?query=Babelverse), a stable-coin aggregator multimedia experience, has been the inception of gembox.io. The social connections being made has relieved some pressures that go along with the traditional way of networking and business dealing.
@n0vaxNFt prefers to “pull talent from the gembox community. It’s great to be able to connect friends with opportunities uniquely suited for their skills.” Now his current projects can be found at @Toniclabsio and @NFA_Inc on twitter.com.
This idea of “social layering” provided by the gembox.eth incubator is a great way for the Web3 non-tech entrepreneur and life coach, @Nathania_ml to get started on her projects.
Pioneering the ENS Movement into the Mainstream Culture
@Nathania_ml uses Instagram, Twitter, and other platforms to build her own infrastructure for her Web3 business. “The community has to be there first, and then we can talk about roles and who will fill them,” she responds when asked who she envisions will be utilizing her services first.
She does acknowledge that there is strength in multi-cultural spaces. Web3 non-tech entrepreneurs pioneering the ENS movement into mainstream culture have placed a high demand for these communities, such that is found in gembox.eth.
This is where the non-tech and tech entrepreneurs merge. Without realizing it, the CT community is organically creating a social layer as more and more crypto users come to build in Web3. As @n0vaxNFT explains it, this is a “transcendence into Web3” and for builders like @Nathania_ml, this means more global outreach on a decentralized platform.
The incubator that @n0vaxNFT has had the foresight to create gives opportunities to streamline the effectiveness of real-life public goods, such as coaching sessions, all while maintaining the flexibility to reach anyone in the world.
Building is the Future of ENS
Whether technical or nontechnical, the common solution is focusing on individuals who want to build themselves and, in turn, connect and enrich the community with their experiences.
